We ship our products across the world.
To the value of the product, shipping costs are added according to the recipient's location.
Products in stock are normally delivered within the 3 - 8 days. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.
The personalized products delivered will be estimated according to their production time.
Returns or exchange
inusitado will offer you a refund or an exchange in case your products got damaged during transportation, excluding shipping costs. We will accept your request within 8 days of the product’s reception date and consequently file a complaint with the carrier.
In case of an inaccurate delivery, a delivery of wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, inusitado corrects the delivery on his own costs.
For any other reason, shipping costs must be provided by the order receiver.
If you are from outside European Union, please keep in mind we don’t accept any product exchange or return, considering that extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes will apply.
